False advertising

Feb 2025 Xfinity had a promotion on new customers get a $200 Amazon gift card upon signing up. At that time I was moving and took advantage of the promotion, at first they said I had to be a customer for up to 90 days which in my head understandable. Coming up my 90 days I had called about the card and they gave me the round about on yes they see I qualify and the promotion did exsist and I had to wait up to 24 hrs well cut it short it’s been about a month and every time I call I have to wait another 24 hours 

every agent says the same thing they are complete rude unprofessional and waste my time. I done multiple ticket claims about it I even faked to the third party that handles all Xfinity promotion and say they don’t have me on record. Everyday I call it’s the same issue all I want is my $200 Amazon card simple yet complicated with a multibillion dollar company that makes it difficult to even handle
