false advertising about free cell service
In my Xfinity app it tells me I can get a free year of cell service.
When I tried to do it it tells me I'm not qualified.
I have been an Xfinity customer with internet for the best part of a decade so how am I not qualified.
I have also submitted a query with the better business bureau website.

If you read the details of the offer, it states the promotion is not available in all areas, and the offer is for new Xfinity Mobile customers only. You can read that here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/mobile/plan under the offer. Have you had Xfinity Mobile in the past, or are you a customer currently?
