False advertisement
On May 24th we received an email (see screenshot below) saying that we qualified for a free Wi-Fi extender. I tried several times going through the steps by clicking the link and I would finally get to a page that would say, “this line of business is currently not available due to error. Please try again shortly“
I even went to the local office that told me that I would have to call because they could not do that.
I have tried to call several times only to become frustrated trying to get through to a real person. Finally, today I reached someone. She was very nice. But after she did all her checking. She said that I didNot qualify for the free Wi-Fi extender.
This is very frustrating. I have spent quite a bit of time on this. I believe this is false advertising and you should not send these things out if they are not correct.
We have Internet, cable, and mobile service through you. I expect better service.
