False advertisement
I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this service. I have been a very loyal valuable customer for me to be promised April 20 our promotion for the iPhone 16 Pro that I will get $400 off the phone price if I was not trading in my phone and I was upgrading my line they told me I had to upgrade from the third generation to the fifth generation to get this promotion as I agree to it they told me my bill they gave me my device information. They told me to call back to activate my phone and the promotions and everything we’re going to my next bill I called today. It was told to me they never heard of anything. How did I get this information The supervisor told me that the representative that I spoke with. Lied to me about everything and I will have to port my number over to get the $400 off my bill. This is unacceptable. I would have never put the down payment down and purchased this phone if the information that I got on April 20 was gonna be for advertisement she said the representative who work with me on April 20 was gonna get in trouble for line so she said she was gonna compensate me for my inconvenience and I can return the phone or I can get another number to port the phone over just to get the $400 promotion if I did not want to trade in my phone. This is this satisfy lying and unacceptable. This is horrible. It’s so sad that the customer service is very rude and not helpful and don’t care about you make it seem like you’re not valuable treat you like you’re nothing. I’ve been in this company too long to be treated like this. All I want is to be treated fair. She said she was gonna check the recordings with the young lady told me and get her in trouble versus honoring the deal that she gave me Xfinity mobile is a big joke so now I’ma just have to take my service somewhere else notice inconvenience me for me to have to drop this phone back off or ship it back off. I’m very saddened and disgusted about this whole situation something really need to be done about this versus keeping the sale. You rather lose a sale and tell me to ship it back rather than honoring what does associate promise this is false advertisement
