False advertise

Xfinity customer service provided false advertising.

I locked in with 5 years price guarantee at $65 monthly.

Then, I call back for Apple Watch. Somehow I got into a wrong department  that is internet department. The guy advertised me for another internet plan at $55 monthly. He told me everything is the same. I confirmed with him. Now, I just figured out it is not the same. Now I get only 1 year plan price guarantee instead of 5 years. I called back and they said if I wanted to switch back to 5 years plan, it will be $95. So [Edited: "Language"] and scammed. I will leave then when my 1 year is almost over.

These type of threads seem to be common, i feel maybe i made a mistake using xfinity
