Fake Promos?

When I signed up for Xfinity home internet, I was told that I would receive a $50 gift card/voucher but never actually got it. Why haven’t I received it? I feel tricked.

When did you sign up?  There is a 90 day period between signing up and when you qualify for the gift card.  During that time you must remain a customer in good standing with no late or slow pays, or changes to your service.

Hello @user_qjvuso, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry to hear you haven’t received your gift card yet; that’s definitely frustrating. Has it been at least 90 days since you signed up for services? There are a few eligibility requirements: you’ll need to maintain the required level of service (no downgrades or disconnects) for 90 days after installation and be in good standing at that time. Virtual prepaid cards are sent electronically to customers at the email address associated with their Xfinity account within 14 weeks of all required service activations. You can also track your status using this link: https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track.
Thank you @Again
