Failure to uphold contract

In march of this year, I went to my xfinity store, and they offered me a free watch plus a two hundred.Dollar visa gift card. I noticed my bill this month that I was being charged for the watch.I have tried to contact customer service and i've been escalated to supervisors. Supervisors have told me they would send me a label to return my watch even though it's past sixty days and I have yet to receive the label.I have talked to xfinity today. And they still cannot do anything for me. The contract I signed at the store was for the watch to be free. And a 200 gift card? An xfinity is not adhering to a binding contract. No one can offer me any assistance. And I am tired of being on the phone for hours at a time, for nobody to remedy the situation, or only to be lied to. I should not have to pay for an item that a sales associate never put the code in for. I have not received a gift card either. This is absolutely ridiculous that I am stuck with this watch because xfinity wants to commit fraud. After fifteen years, I will be disconnecting all my xfinity services.
