Failed appointments

I scheduled an appointment with a technician. They never came.  I scheduled a 2nd appointment. I just got the same call I got the first time--that the tech was "running late" and wouldn't be there on time.  This is unacceptable. I cannot keep making appointments which Xfinity fails to honor.  I need an elevated response that ensures my next appointment will actually happen.  This is awful customer service.

The 2nd tech arrived and reviewed my home network and improved my network speed & completed installation of my new modem. All's well that ends well.
