Failed Appointment
I have had the XB10 Modem for a week. My ethernet connection is horrible on all ports. I was wait listed and got a next day appointment. I standing outside and watched the technician drive by my home 3 times. The last time I made eye contact as he drove right by me. I immediately received a text stating that my tech has arrived and to greet him outside. While responding to this message, I received another text that said that I missed my technician? This was so unprofessional. When I called to complain I was told someone else would be out. An hour later I called back only to be told "s8nce it is past 3pm there is nothing thar can be done." What kind of answer is that? This was the worst experience I've ever had with xfinity. The tech drove up and down my block until his GPS noticed he was there. What a LIAR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I filed a complaint. We'll see what happens.
