Extremly frustrating customer service

I recently had a horrible experience with Xfinity's customer service. It's nearly impossible to get through to a live agent, and the automated robots are not helpful at all. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't find a way to speak with a human representative to resolve my issue. This lack of real customer support is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Xfinity needs to seriously improve their customer service accessibility and efficiency.
