Extremely Rude Technician!
We understand outage happen. BUT I work from home and when it went down I immediately saw the technician working and went outside. I asked kindly approximately how serious the issue was and approximately when we would be back up so I was able to inform my employer. He literally said 'When we are done' I said 'wow I was just asking to inform my boss, you don't have to be rude'. I went back in and got my phone to 1 look up the outage and 2 to take a photo of the rude individual!
We have been talking about switching to another provider! Now if this is not addressed we will be! Rudeness like that is unacceptable!
