EXTREMELY RUDE Customer Experience: agent throw my router at floor in front of me! Store: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I want to complain about the store at [Edited: "Personal Information"] which is a Comcast branded partner store. This store has the rudest customer service ever! Wish I could give it negative stars! [Edited: "inflammatory/solicitation"]

I came to return a modem. The line was not very long but they were doing it super slowly. There were only two agents. None of them greeted me. Neither did they say "We will be with you shortly". No, they were just chatting. One of the guy can barely speak English. After wait for more than 30 minutes watching them chatting, I rolled my eyes and whispered "seriously". Suddenly, one of the Comcast agent yelled at me with harsh voice: "Excuse me?!" He looked angry and spoke rudely.

I was shocked. Well, I admit that I whispered unhappily but it was just for the waiting. After all, I am a customer. But what did they do? Did they apologize? Did they try to express that they will help me shortly? No!!!

Then the guy spoke to me, with very heavy accent and provocative attitude:" Just give me your device, I will take it". He was very impatient like he just wanted me to leave. I want no trouble, so I gave the modem to him. He took the device saying :"Have a nice day" while purposely throwed that device on the floor as hard as he can! He throw it so violently which makes me worry about if the modem will still work again. What a rude insult!

I do not know the name of that employee. And I do not want to ask about his name because he seems rude and aggressive. Plus, I do not want to be close to rude person like this. But this is my experience at that Xfinity store. This Xfinity store has some serious problem with customer service! It is a branded partner, but still I believe you should respect your customer. I have never been treated like any company like this! [Edited: "inflammatory/solicitation"]

I feel so happy that for the new home, I use other company instead of Xfinity. And I swear to God, I will never be a Xfinity customer again!

Yesterday I was treated very rudely by one of your employee in a Xfinity Branded Partner Store. I do not know his name, though. Is there anyway for me to file a complaint?
