extremely poor customer support
So, I have been having an issue with several channels not being watchable due to poor or no reception for approx. 5 days straight. at times with the error message XRE-03056 unable to connect at this time. We have had this issue twice in the past but it usually resolves within 24 hrs. I posted 2 days ago and have only heard from another customer. absolutely nothing from customer service. impossible to contact a live human, the online assistant is a nightmare, so is going into a service center and standing in line for possibly hours. Going to research alternatives if not resolved soon. Paying a lot of $$ for this.
