EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH XFINITY
My experience with Xfinity has been absolutely frustrating. My appointment was confirmed multiple times, only for Xfinity to repeatedly change the appointment during the scheduled appointment window. How does a company confirm an appointment and then change it while the customer is already waiting?
To make matters worse, I spent 3 HOURS AND 17 MINUTES on hold with customer service, and received very little actual customer service or resolution.
And then, after all of this, I’m being told I may be billed for a service that DOESN’T WORK AT ALL. 🤦🏽♀️
That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend hours on the phone, rearrange their schedules, wait for appointments that keep changing, and then be expected to pay for a service that isn’t functioning.
Xfinity, COUNT YOUR DAYS. 😤
I expect accountability, a working service, and a bill that accurately reflects the service I actually received. At this point, I’m seriously reconsidering whether Xfinity deserves my business.
Do better, Xfinity.

I'm truly sorry to hear about this experience, @user_6q0sxu . Having your appointment changed during the scheduled window, spending 3 hours and 17 minutes on hold, and still not receiving a resolution is incredibly frustrating. I can completely understand why you're upset, especially when you're being told you may be billed for a service that isn't working properly. This is not the experience we want for any customer. Please send me a DM with your full first and last name and the service address, and I'd be happy to take a closer look at your concerns. We appreciate the opportunity to help and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 💙
