Exterior Xfinity "junction" box

I need to schedule Xfinity to move the exterior junction box so that it does not block a new electrical supply conduit connection to my electric meter can.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line

Ah I linked the steps but they didn't post. Thank you @Again for the info! I checked and don't see any messages. Please try it once more with the steps below or from our expert Again. You can also use our Facebook or Twitter accounts for help, whichever is easier. 

Don't forget to include your full name and complete service address to 
“Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
