Exterior Wiring Repair

The exterior wiring that should be underground in my front lawn is NOT completely underground.  There is a large part that is completely above ground and exposed, and most of the rest of the wiring is barely underground.  I have a lawncare company coming at the beginning of September to do aeration, and Xfinity needs to come out to properly put the wiring underground as well as mark it, otherwise it will be damaged by the lawncare company.
