Exterior wiring anchor has become unattached to house

The anchor connecting the cable tv wire to the house has detached. Two things: cable is hanging low, and could be snagged should a truck use the driveway, and there is now much more stress on the cable itself and the things that it's attached to than there should be. Can Comcast come and reattach this?

I went to Xfinity Assistant first, but any of the choices offered would have ended up being misleading and there didn't seem to be a way to annotate and explain further, so I didn't use them.

Hello there, @EdInPa! Thanks for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Community Forum, and for posting this outside line concern. You've come to the right place, and that is definitely something we'd like to help address as quickly as possible (our team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly). Have you happened to try reporting this concern through the Xfinity Assistant by chance? Customer and non-customers alike can use this as the quickest way to report line concerns, but our team does have the ability to submit a ticket on your behalf if necessary. Just let us know if you're able to report it that way. If not, we'll happily prompt you to send us a direct message for our team to take a closer look :)
