exterior pedestal repair needed

There are several MediaOne pedestals in our neighborhood that have cables exposed because the covers are off or loose. What number do I call to provide addresses of where they are located and get them repaired?

I don't see, or perhaps just don't recognize, the "chat icon" in the upper right corner of the page.  Can you provide more info that would get me there? Or perhaps tell me another way to contact you.
