Exterior line broken

I tried over an hour to talk to a representative about my internet cable being broken by a falling tree. I finally went through 1-800-comcast and spoke to a person in India (no problem with that out sourcing).  He told me he was able to schedule a repair person for yesterday (which I knew was impossible)  but I have yet to relieve a notification of the repair.  As others have complained YOUR STUPID AI DOES NOT HELP!! IF I HAD A BETTER OPTION WHERENI LIVE I'D DEFINITELY WOULDN'T BE WITH XFINITY!  I keep getting pushed to that stupid AI when all I want is my line repaired and I can't even talk to a real human being to get it scheduled.  

So so so angry. You're all good when it comes to selling services but to there's NO PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THAT!!
