Exterior Gray Weatherproof Box
Hello, I had my internet service connected from the street to my house by one of your service technicians. Everything's working, but I noticed that when my neighbors had their service connected, they got a gray weatherproof box that went around their external cable connections on the side of their house, whereas my service technician did not install one of those. How can I go about requesting one be installed?
