Exterior Equipment Removal

I have an old Xfinity-branded exterior service box physically mounted to the siding of my house, along with unused Xfinity cabling. I want Xfinity to send a technician to remove the Xfinity box, its mounting hardware, and all associated unused Xfinity exterior wiring, including the service drop if it is still connected. I am not requesting a repair or service installation. I am requesting removal of abandoned Xfinity equipment from my property.
