Exterior Cable Line

I need to have an exterior cable line relocated as part of a construction project on the same property. I have been trying for 3 days to find a way to schedule a technician appointment through the website, phone calls, etc. and have no luck. How can I get an appointment scheduled to have a technician come out?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
