Exterior cable connection not covered by box
I moved in to a new construction house and just recently noticed that the exterior cable connection (where the exterior cable meets the house) is not covered by a box. the cable from the yard is connected to the side of the house with no box covering it, just open wires. How do i have an exterior cover installed.
