Exterior Cable Bury Request

I moved into a new construction home in June 2023. Initially schedule internet installation on June 17th, the tech came out but could not install anything as our new construction home did not have the exterior internet cable installed and buried. So a drop and bury request was made. It’s now end of August and I still have no internet. No one has come out to bury the exterior cable. I have called multiple times and have been told “it takes time” and no one can give me any update on the status of this job. In early August I called for an update and they said my order was cancelled! I never cancelled anything. So I had to restart this process and REPAY! It’s been almost 3 months and no internet. Very disappointing. Any help is appreciated.
