Exterior Brick Wall comcast cable box cover

Living in Philadelphia, Lid that would cover the cable on the outside of my house has broken away.  I need a replacement?  How do I proceed with getting it replaced?

Hello user_kcnd5n, We appreciate you reaching out to us on Xfinity Forums. We would be happy to get the lid replaced. Could you clarify is this the box attached to the house or the green pedestal that the lines connect to? Do you happen to have any pictures?

Okay awesome. If you could please send me a direct message with your full name and address we will get started. You will be able to send the picture there as well, and I attach it to the ticket. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
