Extention

I asked for an extension until the next bill cycle witch is the 25th and I’d be able to pay the whole balance after but I can’t seem to get a live agent

Under normal circumstances, if an account is eligible for an extension, the maximum extension our system will allow is 10 days. If you created one today, it would only be able to extend as far as July 21. Regardless, let's pull up your account and see what kind of options we have available.
