Extention of Seasonal plan

I've spent all day trying to get through to Comcast, hung up 4 times, I've written letter, emails, no response. Due to Covid 19, our border is closed, my seasonal plan ends Dec 11, no room to extent. Help, I need an emergency extention, a one time help until spring when I hope to be able to get to my home.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
