My payment was due today. I chatted with a rep last night that said she turned off auto pay. I'm confused as to what exactly that means. I'm a single mom and I've been off for almost two weeks due to COVID. I'm not sure when I will be able to pay my bill. I don't want to rack up a huge bill that I won't be able to pay at all but I also don't want to disconnect (I switched to xfinity and Netflix instead of cable). What is the late fee and cut off process? Hopefully I will find temporary work until my job reopens!
