I’m in need of an extension, I have been struggling to make a payment due to COVID-19. I have called several times, and have been told that there is nothing you can do. This is very unfortunate, that you all aren’t assisting customers at this time . Especially, since people are working from home and have children who are being home school. I’m asking can I have a payment arrangement or extension please .
