WiFi Boost Pods can be purchased online. If you have xFi complete, the WiFi assessment is done periodically and if it finds your connection would benefit from one, be on the lookout in your email for steps on how to obtain one from us.

I also need an boost pod and am signed up for xFi complete, however, I haven't received an email about getting one, but I literally cannot access the wifi from my bedroom.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well. I see you have some questions about the boost pod and your wifi assessment. To leave more, you can visit this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/whole-home-wifi-evaluation, which does a great job covering this topic. Once your xFi complete service is active, the system runs a 14-day assessment of your network. After the initial 14-day assessment period, you’ll receive additional emails with information about your xFi network performance. I would review your primary email on file for these results. If the assessment found your network didn't need the boost pods, we could help troubleshoot further or get a tech out if needed.
