extended outage

all  services have been off line for 3 days now . no communication from comcast no updates no explanation. when anyone calls we can't get past the AI to speak with an agent. the area has poor cell service and we rely on wifi . it seems to be effecting only a small area of households in a concentrated area so it's unreasonable we can't speak to someone and get answers
