Exposed Xfinity wire in yard needs to be buried

We have an old exposed Xfinity wire in our yard that needs to be buried. It’s a tripping hazard. I only see old conversations with instructions to send a message to the support team, but there is no way to do that now. Who do we contact to get this wire buried?
