Exposed wires

I live at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. There are exposed wires all over the neighborhood from broken xfinity pedestal boxes. Can someone please fix them?

To clarify, are you currently an Xfinity customer? Also, are you reporting multiple locations/addresses? And by chance, have you already tried submitting a ticket via the Xfinity Assistant?

Yes im a customer. There are broken boxes with exposed wires all up and down the street and adjacent streets. The xfinity assistant is a bot that isn’t helpful to be honest
