Exposed wires in a public space

There are dangling wires hanging from Trees along southbound Gosling Road in the first block south of Texas 242 in The Woodlands, TX.  These wires, after more than 8 months, have drooped to less than 5 feet above the ground posing a safety hazard to pedestrians and drivers.  There ARE NO above ground utilities in this part of The Woodlands.

No one seems to take any responsibility for them although two other utility companies have investigated and determined that the wires probably belong to Xfinity/Comcast.  I have notified The Woodlands Township, Montgomery County and the Texas State PUC.  None seem to be able to do their jobs!!!

I have pictures of the wires and the junction box they come out of before laying the ground and then suddenly going up into the trees. I will send them if there is some way to do that OR you can just send someone out there and verify that its your wires or someone else's!!

@XfinityDilary

Sorry, but I don't see any icon that resembles "Direct Messaging chat".  What does it look like and how do you get it to appear?

That is a great question @naive13. That icon should be to the left of the bell icon, it looks like a paragraph, and if you hover over that, it should say direct messaging.

There is NO BELL Icon either. I think there used to be a Bell up there along the top edge but I haven't seen it for some time now.  AND when I do try to work with the AI thing-a-ma-jig, it just keeps quitting and going back to the original "How can I help you today?"  I've tried this thing multiple times over the past week and can get no where.  I've even been looking for an Xfinity truck in our neighborhood BUT none have been around for some time now (which is good and bad)!

Maybe one of you reps could forward the info to the proper authorities for me.

Never mind.  The Bell Icon finally appeared when I'm in the Forum, NOT when I'm simply signed into my account.  OK, now that I've left a message I assume someone, sometime will get back to me somehow.

Several days ago, you all asked if there were apartments along this stretch of Gosling Road.. Yes, there are:

Alden Landing Apartments, 7575 Gosling Road, The Woodlands, TX.

BTW:  Does the scheduled maintenance interruption to our service in this area on the evening and night of 9/27 have anything to do with these wires???

I hope so!!!

I also hope the pictures I posted several days ago got through to you, although I don't see them on this post sequence.

Is there anything happening about checking out the dangling wires???? I haven't heard back from anyone
AND the wires continue to get closer to the ground after coming up out of the ground into a junction box.

Also, the wires are now beginning to droop over the entrance to the Alden Landing Apartment entrance at

7575 Gosling Road, The Woodlands, TX 77384.

I thought I got a message that a work ticket was being issued a week ago but there still doesn't seem to be

anyone looking at the area AND certainly nothing has been done yet!!!!

When is there going to be some action????
