Exposed wire coming up from ground
Hello. The internet wire has been buried at least twice at my address because one time it wasn’t buried deep enough and was broken. Now, a part of the orange wire is exposed and looks damaged and the yellow and white wires are too!! I reported a safety issue but it is not showing up in my tickets, and there was no place to provide details where the exposure is. Please assist.
