Exposed temporary drop line in yard for over a year. From outside property to neighbors back yard.
Persistent problems since 03/19/26 several ECM tickets assigned still on top of ground. Contacted dates as follows: 3/20/26 6/3/26 6/6/26 6/12/26 6/22/26 6/30/26 7/2/26 7/6/26 7/7/26. All I get is tech sent out who can not rectify the situation! Please help with the right crew and a high ranking supervisor. I have records and contact names for most. This has gone on way too long. Looking forward to replies and a crew to come out. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out @user_42nm5b! After dealing with an exposed line for this long and contacting us numerous times without seeing the issue resolved, I'd be looking for answers and a permanent solution as well.
We'll need to review the address, the prior ECM activity, and any construction-related notes to determine the current status and ensure the concern is routed to the appropriate team.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
