Exposed Pedestal by my House

Hi, I’m not sure exactly where to post this but there is a pedestal near my house and the cover has completely come off of it. Exposing the cables underneath. I’m worried this will eventually cause damages to service since summer is approaching and it will be raining significantly more. The cover to it is still on but only just the top about 90% of it is exposed currently. Please let me know how I can go about getting this fixed! Thank you.
