Exposed Lines delaying project

There are cables running above ground across multiple back and side yards surrounding my property since 7/27. In addition to being a trip/mowing hazard, my fence installation has also been on hold for over a week while we tried to confirm the date Comcast will be back to bury the lines. There is scheduled "routine maintenance" in my area showing up on the app, but we've received no notice of actual excavation or repair timeline. Meanwhile, my fence project including the subsequent grading and landscaping has been on hold for over a week with zero updates from Xfinity. We also lost internet for much of last week and I've spent over 2 hours on calls trying to resolve.

I'm instructing my fence company to proceed with installation tomorrow at noon unless Comcast confirms timing of work to be done before 5PM CDT today. Prolonging this delay will cause increased cost as weed are starting to grow in the unfinished area, and I need to move this forward.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you @EG for moving this post over to our support area for assistance.

user_tc3s7h Thank you for creating the post and reaching out to my team here for help with the exposed cable line. I'm sorry that this line has been causing delays in the fence construction and for the safety hazard it presents laying on the property as it has been. I understand that we may be behind the schedule at this point with your fencing company possibly being on site already, but I would like to help out and make sure that we have this line removed or buried correctly.
