Hi there, @user_eyrjyg! We are happy to further help with getting a visit set up to fix the line. You can also report safety concerns online, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue. That gets the visit set up so the line team comes out and makes the repairs. I will continue with you in the DM as I will need to access your account to set this up.
