Exposed cable

I have had a cable laying across my driveway for a year. I have called and submitted bury wire requests and I have not heard anything from Xfinity. I have a lawyer friend and my next step is to send a certified letter. This cable is a trip hazard and a safety issue- not to mention very unsightly. My next step is to file my complaint in as many places as possible.

This isn't the experience we want! Our Digital Care team can help, @user_40b141. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address, so we may further assist you? Did you know you can also use the Xfinity Assistant to report a wire

I have used the assistant to submit a request and they closed my ticket for no reason. The cable is still laying there right across my driveway and through my yard. But I will try the direct message option.
