Exposed Cable Wires in backyard

I have been trying to contact someone at Xfinity to come and bury the exposed cable wires that have been in yard since April 2022. It is now June 2022. I don't want any more excuses about time lines. It should not take that long and know one has notified me with any updates. I want the wires to be buried immediately before someone gets hurt on my property because I am also having construction work done. I also want my bill to be adjusted because my cable has not been working well since April. I have called and Chat with an agent and I want something to be done right away. If this is too much to ask, Xfinity can come and remove everything and take all boxes from my home. There are other options available for internet services. My bill comes on time and is always paid in full. This is ridiculous.

XFINITY TECH LEFT THE ORANGE CABLE EXPOSED IN MY BACK YARD RUNNING INTO NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE.  MY KIDS WERE PLAYING AND I SAW ONE KID WRAPPING THE WIRE TO ANOTHER KID'S NECK.  FORTUNATELY, I WAS ABLE TO STOP THE DAMAGE.  ALSO, THE LANDSCAPPING PERSON REFUSED TO CUT AND EDGE THE LAWN IN BACKYARD BECAUSE OF EXPOSED WIRE AND I ENDED UP PAYING HIM WITHOUR SERVICE.  I AM ALSO REPORTING THIS TO STATE AGENCY.  I HOPE XIFINITY TAKES CARE OF THIS PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HOURS.

Hey there, @user_5d42f4. We'd love to help with getting a ticket submitted to having this buried. Please create a new post explaining the situation, and we can help!

I no longer work for Comcast.
