exposed cable wire on my property that belongs to neighbor
Xfinity put an exposed orange cord in my back yard and it belongs to my neighbor. Its a safety hazard, can trip on cord and it ruined my grass. This is not in compliance. I want this removed and put in my neighbors yard.
