: Exposed Cable in HOA Common Area – [Edited]

I am reporting an exposed orange Xfinity cable at

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

I do not live at this address. I am a board representative of the Deerbrook Place Townhome Owners Association, which owns and maintains the common-area lawn where the cable is located.

The cable has been lying above ground across the lawn and patio area for approximately 18 months. It presents a tripping hazard and could be damaged by landscaping equipment. Please open a hazardous-wire or exposed-line ticket and send the appropriate line-burial crew to inspect and properly bury the cable.

Please provide me with the ticket number and the expected follow-up process.
