Explore new plan options

I am a long-term customer and  would like to cancel my TV service and move to internet only. Would like to explore plan options and pricing for this change.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
