Expired visa

Hi, I was sent a visa that we just found, unused and expired. This is a request to reissue the visa for $100. <EDIT: Removed Personal Information>

Hello,

My father has two visa cards that have expired that he has not used.  What is the process of getting him two new cards.  Each card has a $40.00 value that was not redeposited into his bank account.  I have tried calling several times to just get the run around.  Please tell me how he can get his $80.00 returned.  He had an account which is now closed.  Can these cards be reissued or a check sent out?  Please help.....

Good evening, @hairdoer! Thanks for reaching out for your father regarding the 2 prepaid cards. We can further help with the cards. We can open a ticket to have those reissued. Please send us a direct message with your full name and your father's complete service address (for the closed account) to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
