Expired Visa Upon Arrival

I received a $200 VISA for switching service just last week (Today’s date is September 29th, 2024). I switched my service in 2022. I went to use the card and noticed that I couldn’t even activate it because the expiry date is January 1 of 2023….Where do I reach out to get a replacement? Hopefully in a more

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
