Expired virtual debit card for $200

I moved my services to Xfinity in March and got a virtual debit card in June. I didnt realize it had an expiration date of December! I have never seen a debit card being issued with such short expiration date. This was for $200 and when I tried to use it earlier this week, it said there is no balance. I wanted to have it restored. I have not used it at all and based on other responses on the forum, sounds like you can restore the balance.  Also, looks like this happens frequently and you ask everyone to click on the "pen & paper" icon and follow below directions but these dont work.  Hope you can direct me better.  Thx

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
