Expired Rewards visa debit

Hi. I have an expired, unactivated Visa debit rewards card. I have called several numbers and no one has been able to help me with this. I see from other post on the forum that as long as it is unactivated that this card can be re-issued to me. Can you help me with this?

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
