Expired Refund Debit Card

The refund debit card that was issued to us after we closed my deceased mother's account has expired.  We were not allowed to use it until the Estate was settled.  I read previous responses to the request to obtain a new debit card, but was unable to find where to start the Direct Message.  Please help.

Please send a Direct Message with your name, the name on the account, and service address we will be working with today. I look forward to working with you! 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
