Expired Refund Debit Card
My card expired yesterday and the system will not even let me sign in to get a replacement. I tried calling and wasted a good hour and was offered zero help. It is incredibly terrible to give a card and not a check. Not only that but they do not even tell you that it expired in 6 months? not a year? Please help me get my money from the refund that was owed to me. This is really troubling to me. Thank you.

@user_gxrvm1 Thanks for adding a post. Yes the cards expire after 6 months, see all the details here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity. We can help get a replacement. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
